Description:
This tender has been called to engage a suitably qualified and experienced organisation to design and construct the Casino Suspension Bridge, located at McAuliffe Park (DP1056270), and crossing the Richmond River into Queen Elizabeth Park (DP755627) in Casino NSW 2470. The works to be included in this tender are:• A concept design must be produced, and feedback sought from the principal prior to proceeding to a detailed design. o Consideration to be taken regarding lighting of the bridge and its approaches.o Minimum width to be 3 metres.• Following feedback on concept design, preparation of engineering design ready for construction.• The tenderer is to prepare:o REFo Safety Management Plano Traffic Management Plano Contractor-s Environmental Management Plano Sediment & Erosion Control Plan o Flood Management Plano A Fisheries Permit needs to be obtained by the contractor. • The tenderer is to procure materials and carry out the construction of the project.• Construction of cable suspension bridge per the approved design informed by the geotechnical report and survey.• Site establishment and site clean-up and rehabilitation of disturbed areas. • Works are to be completed and the bridge operational by 30 June 2025.
