Description:
The Sales yard Walkway Projects requires the Contractor to Provide the design, supply, installation and certification of the proposed Sales Yard Walkway Structure.The new Sales Yard Walkway Structure is to be a steel galvanised system which is designed and constructed in accordance with all relevant Australian Standards and the National Construction Code (NCC).The scope of works for the design and construction of the proposed Sales Yard Walkway includes:• Project management and administration associated with the design and construction• Undertake any investigations required to allow the design and construction, including but not limited to survey, geotechnical investigations, etc.• Development of the design drawings• Submission of design drawings for review and approval by Council• Development of shop drawings• Submission of shop drawings for review by Council.• Provision of Form 15 and Form 16 Certification of the walkway. All designs and drawings (both ‘For Construction- and ‘As Constructed- documentation) shall be signed by the relevant discipline RPEQ (civil, structural, etc) A copy of the ‘For Construction- signed information shall be provided to the Superintendent prior to the commencement of construction, and a copy of the ‘As Constructed- documentation provided before the practical completion date, to allow PC to be granted.• Certification of the walkway to confirm that it has been designed in accordance with the relevant standard and the NCC.• Obtaining both building...
