This Request Seeks A Proposal For The Design, Documentation, Fabrication, And Temporary Storage Of Modular/Prefabricated Dwellings For Wa Country Health Service (Wachs). All Works Required To Fulfil The Project Program And Comply With The Documentation Bound Within This Request Are To Be Included In The Proposal. Quantity Of Dwellings Is:Up To Two (2), One (1) Bedroom And One (1) Bathroom (1X1) Modular/Prefabricated Dwellingsup To Four (4), Two (2) Bedroom And Two (2) Bathroom (2X2) Modular/Prefabricated Dwellingsto Expedite The Design Phase And To Achieve Better Value For Money, It Is Our Intent To Use A Suppliers Existing Stock Design That Will Meet Our Functional Objectives And Critical Functional Requirements With Only Minor Alterations To Their Design, Where/If Required. This Will Not, However, Preclude Respondents From Submitting A Bespoke Solution If They Feel This Is Their Best Offering. Multiple Submissions Can Be Returned If A Respondent Has Additional Designs That They Feel Will Meet The Functional Objectives And Critical Functional Requirements. Each Submission Will Be Considered In Isolation.A Separate Request Will Be Sought For The Transportation And Installation Of The Dwellings At 14 Nevill St, Derby, Western Australia, 6728. Any Reference To Transport And Install Within The Submissions Will Be Disregarded.Wachs Reserves The Right To Award To A Sole Supplier Or Multiple Suppliers Depending On The Value For Money Assessment.
