Department of Health, Infrastructure Services - Professional Services Panel 2026-2029
The Department of Health Infrastructure Services Group invites tender submissions from suitably-qualified and experienced parties for appointment to a Professional Services Panel (PSP) to provide selected services required to support the planning, delivery, and management of the Department's asset portfolio on a State-wide basis during the period 1 July 2026 - 30 June 2029 (plus two 1-year option periods).A key function of the Infrastructure Services Group is the planning and delivery of capital projects of varying size and complexity. These projects include new builds, refurbishments, fit-outs and associated supply and installation of specialised medical equipment, as well as asset management and maintenance activities.The categories of Services required under the PSP are: Project Management Services; and Contract Superintendent Services and Contract Administration Services.The Services will be primarily based from the offices of the Infrastructure Services Group located in Launceston or Hobart.An industry pre-tender briefing session about this RFT and the procurement will be conducted via MS Teams at 11.00am (Hobart time) on Tuesday, 4 November 2025.
