The Service Provider is required to conduct a structured deliberative process that supports stakeholder input and the application of evidence to examine resource management trade-offs associated with possible changes to the Snowy Deed. The outcome of the structured process will form part of an independent review and inform the decision of governments on future water management arrangements that impact the upper Murrumbidgee River.
