The Mental Health Commission (Commission) Is Seeking To Appoint A Service Provider As The &Lsquo;Program Coordinator&Rsquo; For The Two Psychosocial Support Programs (Programs) Currently In Operation.The Program Coordinator Will Provide Services To The Following Psychosocial Support Programs:Youth Psychosocial Support Youth Psychosocial Support Packages (Ypsp) - Standalone Psychosocial Support Packages.Youth Transitional Housing And Support Packages (Yth&Sp) - Packages Of Psychosocial Support With Transitional Housing.Individualised Community Living Strategyindividualised Community Living Strategy (Icls) - Standalone Psychosocial Support Packages. Individualised Community Living Strategy (Icls) - Packages Of Psychosocial Support With Transitional Housingthe Psychosocial Support Programs Support Individuals With Mental Health Issues, With Or Without Co-Occurring Aod Issues, To Achieve Their Recovery Goals, Improve Independence And Resilience And Reduce Difficulties That Limit Their Ability To Live Well In The Community. This Aims To Enable An Individual&Rsquo;S Increased Participation In, And Contribution To Their Community, Sustaining Meaningful Social Connections And Relationships, Participating In Educational, Vocational Or Employment Opportunities, Developing Skills In Managing Tenancies (If Applicable), Optimising Independent Functioning, And Improve Their Individual Wellbeing And Quality Of Life.The Commission Strongly Encourages Suitably Skilled And Experienced Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisations To Submit An Offer For This Request.
