Description:
The Purpose Of A Lgcf Security Gatehouse Is To Serve As A Secure Control Point For Managing And Monitoring Access To The Port, Ensuring That Only Authorised Personnel, Vehicles, And Cargo Enter Or Exit The Facility, While Supporting Logistics Coordination And Emergency Response The Contractor Is Responsible For Reviewing The Existing 30% Reference Design Of The Gatehouse, Preparing Concept Designs That Are Consistent With The Reference Design, And Further Developing The Design Through To Issue For Construction (Ifc) Stage. This Includes Completing The Detailed Design And Fabrication Of All Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Fire Services, Hydraulic And Architectural Components (Among Others), Transporting The Prefabricated Elements To The Lumsden Point Port Site, Preparing The Foundation And Carrying Out Full Installation, And Commissioning Of The Gatehouse To Ensure It Is Fully Operational And Compliant With All Relevant Standards And Specifications As Listed In This Document.
