Description:
This Request Is For The Provision Of The Homelessness Specialist Support Service - Central Great Southern (The Service). The Service Will Provide Wrap-Around Case Management Support For Sixteen (16) Clients/Families At Any One Time Experiencing Or At Risk Of Homelessness In The Central Great Southern Region, Including The Shires Of Katanning, Kojonup, Gnowangerup And Broomehill-Tambellup. The Service Will Provide Culturally Safe And Inclusive Holistic Support. Clients Will Be Assisted To Obtain, Sustain And/Or Maintain Accommodation/Housing And Supported To Achieve Their Individual Goals.The Service Will Align With The Outcomes Outlined In The All Path-S Lead To A Home: Western Australia-S 10-Year Strategy On Homelessness (The Strategy), Which Sets A Whole Of Community Plan That Outlines Four Focus Areas:Improving Aboriginal Wellbeing;Providing Safe, Secure And Stable Homes;Preventing Homelessness; Andstrengthening And Coordinating Our Responses And Impact.The Service Will Facilitate The ‘No Wrong Door- And ‘Housing First” Concepts Outlined In The Strategy.
