Description of the WorksCouncil, through this Request for Tender (RFT) No 2024/25-509104 is seeking the services of a suitably qualified Design and Construction Contractor to undertake the detailed design and construction of Drainage and Irrigation at the Lower Oval building on the drawings provided by Water Wise (the Works).The Contractor must provide all the appropriate professional advice and skills required for the class of service which the Contractor has agreed to provide, using personnel with substantial experience in similar Design and Construction Projects.A full description of the nature and extent of the Works under the Contract are set out in Part 2 of this Request for Tender.Contract LocationThe site of the Works required to be undertaken under the Contract is located at Pitt Park, Matcham Ave, Wentworth Falls, NSW, 2782.
