Description:
Fraser Coast Regional Council is inviting offers from suitably qualified and experienced Tenderers that has demonstrated expertise in the provision and management of a Pest Control Program for Council owned buildings.This invitation to offer is in separable portions. The Council may only award any portion depending on funding availability. The Council requires the tenderer to price all portions or part portions and also provide a discount if awarded all portions in one process. Portion 1 - Pest control treatmentPortion 2 - Termite inspection and treatmentPortion 3 - Rodent bait stations installation and serviceThe Council may award part or whole of the contract to a single Tenderer or to a panel of Tenderers. Please be advised that tender response forms are to be submitted as two files only and in the following format:- Non Price Response Form: PDF including all supporting documentation as one file. This PDF must not contain any price related criteria.- Price Response Form: ExcelFailure to comply with this requirement may result in a non-conforming offer.
