The City seeks an external training provider to deliver a Cross-Cultural Awareness Training program for employees. This program aims to enhance cultural competency, improve communication, and foster a more inclusive and respectful work environment.________________________________________Goods or Services Required:The required service is a cross-cultural awareness training program designed to:• Improve communication skills and address biases• Promote inclusive practices• Provide conflict resolution strategies in culturally diverse settings________________________________________Expected Timing:The program is expected to be delivered within 2-3 months, with the start date depending on provider availability and scheduling.________________________________________Location of Delivery:The training will be delivered in-person at the Council-s designated locations.
