Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (Pfm) On Behalf Of Department Of Finance (Dof) And Department Of Education South Are Seeking Quotes From Suitably Qualified And Experienced Contractors To Undertake Demolition And Renovation Of Sections Of The Car Park As Per The Provided Plans. Works Are To Be Undertaken At Coogee Primary School &Ndash; 22 Mayor Rd, Coogee Wa 6166. The Work Includes But Is Not Limited To The Following As Per Below:All Works Are To Be In Accordance With Doe Primary School Brief And Relevant Australian Standards, Codes Of Practice And Requirements As Set Out By Bwy Engineersbefore Commencement Of Works, The Contractor Shall Do A Dilapidation Survey To Capture The Existing Condition Of The City&Rsquo;S Assets And Submit A Copy To The City For Future Reference;The Contractor Shall Submit A Construction Management Plan (Cmp) For The City&Rsquo;S Review And Approval Before The Commencement Of The Works. The Cmp Shall Also Incorporate The Following Documents; Traffic Management Plan.Dust And Noise Management Plan. Please Refer To Drawings And Technical Specification From Bwy As Per Annexure 1,2, 3 And 4 As Issued With This Rft. Tenderers Shall Make Themselves Familiar With The Existing Site Conditions, The Specifications, Drawings And All Contract Documentation. All Measurements And Details Shown On Drawings Or Other Documents (If Any) Are To Be Confirmed By Tenderers Prior To Submission Of Their Quote. All Materials And Installation Shall Be Supplied And Be In Accordance With Australian Standards And All Codes And Regulations Relevant To The Scope Of Work Contained Herein.
