Swan Hill Rural City Council invites qualified and experienced Tenderers to submit tenders for the construction of the Tower Hill Public Open Space, located at the Tower Hill Estate Development, Swan Hill. Specific elements of the public open space include: • Concrete pavement that will be used as a cycling path for children • Seeded turf kick about area • Park furniture • Signage for children bike riding activities • Shelter for BBQ • BBQ • Drinking fountain • Levels, grading • Drainage, irrigation • Trees, shrubs, plants and ground cover The objective of this project is to construct a high-quality, accessible public open space at Tower Hill, aimed at enhancing the community's recreational, social, and environmental well-being.
