Description:
By issuing this Request for Information QEDRFI127874 for the provision of Compliance Check for Payroll System, Enterprise Agreement, Award Interpretation, and Payroll Review, the Department is seeking input from interested Suppliers to support an independent review of DoE-s manual payroll processes and the current Payroll System (The Solution Series - TSS) against current Queensland legislation and EBAs. This review aims to provide assurance regarding the accuracy of payroll calculations.The department is seeking Compliance Check for Enterprise Agreement, Award Interpretation and Payroll Review on the current pay calculations of the TSS (legacy system). The objective of this review is to evaluate payroll compliance with applicable legislation and EBAs. Upon completion, the vendor will be required to deliver a Payroll Execution Assurance Report. This report, following consultation, will be presented to both the Design Authority and the Project Board.
