- The Department of Finance is seeking to engage a suitably qualified supplier to develop a half-day training package on commercial negotiation relevant to the Commonwealth Procurement Framework, specifically targeted towards APS officials. The engagement will be for development of all training materials, with the final products being owned by Finance. The successful supplier is also required to facilitate the course twice per month for 6 months and train Finance-s in-house facilitators on the best way to deliver the course content (train the trainer) following development of the course package. Depending on demand for the course, there will be an extension option to facilitate the course for another 6 months.
