Description:
The Metropolitan Cemeteries Board (Mcb) Requires A Suitably Qualified, Experienced And Licensed Organisation(S) For The Provision Of Cleaning And Hygiene Services For Mcb Premises. These Premises Are:Pinnaroo Valley Memorial Park;Karrakatta Cemetery;Fremantle Cemetery;Rockingham Regional Memorial Park;Guildford Cemetery; Andmidland Cemetery.The Contractor Must Employ (Not Subcontract) Staff To Carry Out The Provisions Of The Specifications Outlined In The Requestthe Mcb Reserves The Right, At Its Sole Discretion, To Award All Or Part Of This Contract And May Increase Or Decrease The Scope Of Services Required Based On Operational Requirements.The Mcb Reserves The Right, At Its Sole Discretion, To Add Additional Buildings Or Extra Sites To The Contract In Consultation With The Contractor Following Which An Amended Price May Be Submitted.
