- Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (Pfm) On Behalf Of Department Of Housing And Works (Dhw) And Department Of Education Are Seeking Tenders From Suitably Qualified And Experienced Contractors To Undertake Classroom Upgrades At Takari Primary Schoolthe Work Includes But Is Not Limited Toremoval Of Existing Evaporative Roof Units And Repairs To Roof Sheeting, Replacing Whole Sheet From Ridge Capping To Gutter Line Removal Of Gas Heaters. Includes Patching And Painting Of Ceiling And Wall Behind Heater (Allow For Full Wall Repaint Where Applicable) Removal Of Wet Area Air Con Ducts. Includes Patching And Painting Of Ceiling And Wall Behind Ducts. (If Applicable) Supply And Install Galvanized (Lockable) Mesh Security Cage To Each External Unit, Included A 42886 Doe Padlock For Each Cage. Concrete Plinths Are Required When Units Are Within Garden Beds. Supply And Install Isolation Switches And Electrical Circuits Cabled Back To The Building Switchboard Including Installation Of New Breakers In Switchboard. Isolation Switches To Be Installed On External Walls Within The Security Cage Refrigerant, Condensate Pipework, Electrical Cables, Control Cables From The External Unit To The Internal Unit Are To Be Surface Mounted With A Color-Bond Duct / Top Hat Section To Cover Pipework And Cables Condensate Is To Terminate At Ground Level; Soak Wells Are Required Where Condensate Cannot Be Adequately Discharged (Walkways Or Concrete Areas Where No Adjacent Drain Is Available)
