WorkCover Queensland is developing a 5-year strategic roadmap to meet the vision of becoming a word-class insurer and the best workers- compensation insurer worldwide. This consulting work will be sought from the market in two Phases. Phase 1 needs to be fast-tracked as the outputs of Phase 1 will support the development of the 5-year strategic roadmap. While Phase 2 is to support building a plan for implementation.
