Description:
Backgroundthe Public Transport Authority (Pta) Is Seeking To Establish A New Civil Maintenance And Minor Works Standing Offer - Panel To Support New And Ongoing Civil Maintenance And Minor Works, Predominately To Be Utilised By Pta&Rsquo;S Network And Infrastructure Division (N&I), As Well As Other Pta Divisions As And When Required. The Successful Contractor&Rsquo;S Appointed To The Panel Will Provide Comprehensive Access To Suitably Qualified And Experienced Personnel For The Delivery Of Civil And Maintenance Works. Generalthe Scope Of Works Will Comprise Of General And Specific Tasks For A Number Of Pta Assets, Including Structures, Stations, Buildings And Civil Assets. The Following Is Examples Of The Types Of Civil Maintenance And Minor Works Activities That May Be Required During The Contract Phase:I. Access Stairs And Handrailsii. Crash Barriersiii. Culvertsiv. Drainage Systemsv. Fencing Vi. Bridges (Road Bridges, Rail Bridges, Viaducts And Footbridges)Vii. Roads, Busways, Carparks, Access Tracks And Pathsviii. Retaining Walls And Noise Walls Ix. Tunnels, Shafts And Dive Structuresx. Underpassesxi. Electrical Protection Screens And Anti-Throw Screensxii. Building Structures And Stationsxiii. Embankments Please Refer To Book 4 For A More Detailed Scope.
