Description:
The State of Queensland represented by the Department of Education acting through Arts Queensland is seeking Tenders from PQC Eligible Tenderers to replace major electrical infrastructure that is currently in operation at Queensland Cultural Centre (QCC), Central Energy Plant (CEP) and has reached its end of service life. The scope of works includes replacing and relocating the high voltage (HV) main switchboard. Upgrade and modifications to the CEP Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) room.Arts Queensland intends to appoint a Head Contractor in the role of Principal Contractor who will be a builder responsible for sourcing, engaging, and managing all the appropriate and required industry/trade specialised sub-contractors to complete the works. KEY DATES AND TIMES:Tender documents are to be requested from the below email address by 10am, 05/03/25. Only PQC Contractors that appear on the PQC Eligibility List for this project are sought for this Contract and are eligible to receive the tender documents.
