Provision of Managed Services Support (across the ITIL services management suite - incident and problem management, release management, service requests, infrastructure maintenance and management and account management) for the Child Link Master Data Management system back-end which ingests and masters data from multiple disparate systems to create a unique record of a child's interaction with government services which is then published to the Child Link system front end. The services required include environment, platforms and application support across all upper and lower environments plus system enhancements in a co-development environment.
