- The State of Queensland represented by the Department of Education acting through Arts Queensland is seeking Tenders from PQC Eligible Tenderers for the replacement of the existing air handling unit, AHU-5-4, with a new Pre-Conditioning / Dehumidification unit. This also includes the platform and gantry. Arts Queensland intends to appoint a Head Contractor in the role of Principal Contractor who will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and managing all the appropriate and required industry/trade specialised sub-contractors to complete the works. KEY DATES AND TIMES:Tenderers must attend a Mandatory Site Inspection (MSI) at 10am, 18 February 2025 to be eligible to tender for this project.
