Castlereagh Hall Heritage termite repairs focus on preserving historical integrity, ensuring safety, structural stability, and preventing future pest damage.This project is specifically the like for like replacement and repair of existing structure, fittings and fixings. Council has engaged both a builder and engineer experienced in heritage work to inspect the site and prepare a schedule of works along with engineering details specifically related to the structural requirements of this project. Those documents are included in the tender package as separate appendix and are to be referred to for all technical details.
