Description:
The Commonwealth of Australia, as represented by the Department of Finance (Finance), issues this Request for Tender (RFT) seeking innovative, value for money proposals from suitable and experienced Tenderers with the capacity and capability to provide campaign evaluation services to the Australian Government. The Whole of Australian Government (WoAG) Campaign Evaluation Services Arrangement (CESA) is a coordinated procurement established by Finance to service the diverse campaign requirements of Government entities and will be mandatory for Non-Corporate Commonwealth Entities to evaluate all Australian Government advertising campaigns with expenditure equal to or above $500,000 (exclusive of GST) (excluding campaigns developed by the Australian Electoral Commission). The CESA will replace the current Whole of Government Campaign Evaluation Market Research Services (SON3896690). The Successful Tenderer will evaluate the impact and effectiveness of government communication campaigns across target audiences and campaign channels. Central to this role is the provision of evidence-based insights that inform campaign design, delivery, and future planning. The Successful Tenderer will also foster a culture of learning and capability building that elevates government campaigns.
