Description:
Burnie Courts Complex Relocation Project - Early Works Package - Enabling Works
Engagement of a suitably qualified building and construction contractor to undertake a package of enabling works at the site for the Burnie Courts Complex Relocation Project in the Burnie CBD. The Early Works Package will include, but is not limited to, demolition of existing buildings, construction of a new fence, and site preparation and earth works. In addition, there will be a need to remove suspected small Underground Petroleum Storage System and associated infrastructure.
Prequalification : Only Contractors or Consultants prequalified with the Department of Treasury and Finance Prequalification Scheme are eligible to tender. Tenderers must be prequalified at or above the financial limit specified, or to a value equal to or greater than the tendered price.
