- Council is seeking quotes from a duly qualified and impartial third party to conduct diagnostic inspections at 25 properties in Goonellabah and East Lismore to identify all significant sources of inflow or infiltration in the internal plumbing. Written reports are to be submitted to Council within 5 business days of each inspection. All inspections are to be completed within 60 days of the project being awarded.
