Description:
The scope of the Works is for a Non-Regulated project for the customer Firm Power which includes the design, procurement, construction and testing of two sets of underground 275kV feeder cables to connect Blackstone BESS 1 and Blackstone BESS 2 at the site Blackstone Substation.By engaging in this tender process you acknowledge and agree that:(a) the information you receive from Powerlink as part of this tender is confidential; and (b) you will keep all the information received strictly confidential; and (c) you must not, and ensure that your personnel do not, access, use or reproduce any of the confidential information for any purpose other than as strictly required to engage in this tender process.
