Description:
The contractor will deliver an ongoing/rolling and impact evaluation of the three Queensland Government funded Reef Place-Based Integrated Projects (RPBIPs) through a staged approach. In line with best practice evaluation principles, the evaluation will be co-designed with the project delivery partners. They will work alongside RPBIP delivery partners and participants to monitor and potentially influence the approach in the co-design and implementation process, evaluating collaborative principles and processes from initiation to completion of the projects. The aim is to assist in achieving and demonstrating the benefits of place-based co-design approaches towards behaviour change and long-term water quality improvements. Each of the three projects has individual attributes and specific evaluation requirements that will need to be considered and compared. All three RPBIPs have been briefed about this evaluation project and understand the level of involvement and contribution towards meeting the project aims.
