QBuild is a commercialised business of the Department of Housing and Public Works invites you to submit a tender for: 92815REFURB1 B Block Amenities Refurbishment to levels 2, 3, 4 and 5 at Bundamba TAFE, Corner Mary St and Byrne St, Bundamba, QLD, 4304.Tenderers to note the following mandatory requirements to tender on this project:A Mandatory Site Meeting has been scheduled for Monday 10 February 2025 at 2:00PM. Please meet at Bundamba TAFE, B Block on Level 1 at the bottom of the main ramp near the delivery office. This tender has PQC requirements, the Principal is not obliged to provide documents, consider or accept a tender unless the tenderer is appropriately registered under the Queensland Government's PQC system for those PQC categories for which the tender is invited.Other PQC Eligibility categories include:• Procurement system contract category: Traditional (Lump Sum)• Service category: Refurbishment / renovation / repairs • Service activity: General Building - Med - incorporating trades and construction techniques not commonly encountered, generally between $2000-$3000m2 (eg Police Station) • Project Type: Education - Universities/TAFE Institutes If you are not eligible to apply for this tender, please contact PQC.
