Stage 1 : • In-Ground Services Infrastructure - Stormwater Services. - Potable Water Services. - Sewage Network. - Fire Water Services. - Electrical Services. • External Works - Demolish Buildings and redundant infrastructure - New Cadet Drop Off and Pick Area. - New Parade Ground Stairs. - New Artillery Storage Pavement. - New Transformer. - New Main Switchboard. - New Sitewide Planting. Stage 2 : • Refurbishment Works - Building A0001 - Administration Building. - Building A0002 - Lecture Room & Other Ranks Mess. - DDA Compliant Car Parking. - DDA Compliant Access to Buildings A0001 and A0002. Works Package 3 - New ADF Cadet Multi-User Depot. Stage 3 : • Combined Training, Administration, Accommodation, and Ablutions Building. • Combined Boat Shed and Q-Store. • Parade Ground / Close Training Area. • New Cadet Drop Off and Pick Up Area. • Landscaping. • Security. • Engineering Services.
