Description:
The National Capital Authority (NCA) is seeking to engage a suitably experienced & reputable Contractor to undertake minor works in relation to the upgrade of roads, carparks and concrete paths as detailed in the ATM Schedules. The asphalt roads, carparks and concrete path upgrades are based on condition assessments of asphalt and concrete surfaces across the NCA estate. A package of works has been drafted which is detailed in the Tender Drawings. The successful Contractor will be required to undertake and manage all works associated with the repairs and installation including project management, quality assurance and traffic management. Further details are contained in the ATM Documentation. The successful Contractor will need to demonstrate a strong track record and high levels of skill and experience in delivering comparable packages of works.
