Description:
Armidale Regional Council requires the services of a qualified and experienced consultant to prepare the Armidale Region Open Space and Recreation Strategy, which will include an Implementation Plan for the next 15 years. Council requires the project to be completed by 31 March 2026.This strategy will guide the planning, development, and management of open spaces and recreation facilities to meet the community-s needs and enhancethe quality of life, taking an overall look at the whole Armidale Local Government Area (LGA) with a detailed focus on the main towns and villages, establishing a vision for the next 15 years.Further information is detailed in the attached Project Brief and Tender Documentation.
