ADVANCED TENDER NOTICEThe City of Moreton Bay (Council) provides Prospective Tenderers with an Advance Tender Notice on its intent to invite Tenders for the construction of the new Suttons Beach Pavilion & Public Space located at 50 Marine Pde, Redcliffe.BACKGROUNDCity of Moreton Bay (Council) is seeking tender submissions from suitably qualified building contractors for the construction of the new Suttons Beach Pavilion & Public Space located at 50 Marine Parade, Redcliffe.The new development will be an iconic destination that offers high-quality architectural design, best-practice sub-tropical design principles, and landscape architecture to connect and activate the adjoining public spaces. The development will contain three (3) separate hospitality tenancies, an event deck area and public amenities for beach goers. The development will play a major role in activating the Suttons Beach Park area and reinforcing the significance of the site to the Moreton Bay region. Council have worked closely with a multidisciplinary design team to fully document the design of the project. Council is seeking construction tender submissions for the project, aiming to achieve several key objectives.
