Description:
The Department of Health, Disability and Ageing requires the services of program administrator/s to support the Community Service Obligation (CSO) (CSO Funding Pool and CSO & National Diabetes Services Scheme (NDSS) Services) and the Chemotherapy Compounding Payment Scheme (CCPS). The Department is seeking Tenders for an Administration Agency/s which will be engaged to provide administrative services in relation to both, or either, of these programs. The programs broadly covers the following elements : • CSO : monitoring the performance of CSO Distributors, including their adherence to the CSO Operational Guidelines and CSO Distributor-s Deed; and • CCPS : assessment of the quantum of funding owed to TGA licensed compounders each month under the CCPS, with the Administration Agency making the required payments to licensed compounders. The Administration Agency/s will be engaged to provide administrative services in relation to both or either of the Community Service Obligation (CSO) (CSO Funding Pool and CSO & National Diabetes Services Scheme (NDSS) Services) and the Chemotherapy Compounding Payment Scheme (CCPS). CSO - CSO Funding Pool and CSO & NDSS Services Under the CSO arrangements, CSO Distributors, receive payments for supplying PBS and Section 100 Medicines, and NDSS Products to community pharmacies and NDSS Access Points.
