Procurement Description Far North Queensland Ports Corporation Limited, trading as Ports North (PN) is a Government-owned Corporation established under the Government Owned Corporations Act 1993 (Qld) that develops and manages port facilities. PN operates the Ports of Cairns, Cape Flattery, Karumba, Mourilyan, Skardon River, Quintell Beach, Thursday Island, Burketown and Cooktown. Ports North invites Tenders from suitably experienced Suppliers to Replace the Air-Conditioning Chiller Plant at Cairns Ports North Administration Building. The contract encompasses the decommissioning and disposal of the existing Chiller; the supply, installation, connection of hydraulic and electrical services and commissioning of a new Chiller with ancillary equipment. With the project to be delivered out of normal office hours, planning, scheduling, and stakeholder communication will be key to a successful outcome.
