Description:
West Moreton Health requires a health service wide Accommodation Framework and Implementation Plan to address existing and future demand for office accommodation, community health services and outpatient clinic spaces, training and research (including clinical trials), and staff accommodation and wellbeing spaces (lunchrooms, seating areas). The Accommodation Framework is required to undertake a high-level analysis and strategic view of the HHS service needs, identify the current state, consider virtual opportunities, and outline infrastructure priorities to meet the rapidly growing needs of the West Moreton Health workforce. High level requirements are:• Current state review/ base case identification• Options analysis and capability analysis• Future state plan/ accommodation framework• Governance process• Implementation plan/s.The Supplier will outline a staged future state accommodation planning approach across three time horizons: one-five years, ten years, and 15 years. It should be based on the current state including major capital works in progress, workforce, growth projects and future service needs.
