- Dear Valued SuppliersSouthern Downs Regional Council (“Council”) is seeking a suitably qualified contractor/s to provide unsealed road restoration works as part of Council-s 2024 DRFA Program. The significant portion of works under this program will be delivered by Council-s internal crews, however a number of Packages of Works are being released to the market with works to be delivered by contractors. All Packages for Contract delivery are covered in this Scope. It is not anticipated that further packages will be released to market for Unsealed Road works under this funding program.
