- Nillumbik Shire Council is seeking responses to this Request for Tender (RFT) 2425-028 for the provision of Panton Hill Tennis Courts Resurfacing and Drainage Works.The Council is seeking to appoint a single provider to deliver the Works.It is intended that the new contract arrangement will commence on or around 1 April 2025 with an intended practical completion date of 31 December 2025.This project is for the resurfacing and refurbishment of courts 1 & 2 at Panton Hill Tennis Courts at 35 Rodger Road, Panton Hill. The works include but are not limited to;• The removal and disposal of the existing surface, including tree removal• Excavation of base material as highlighted in attached plans• Releveling and repair of court base where required• Supply and installation of new acrylic playing surface• Associated drainage• Renewal of surrounding fencing• Remediation of all disturbed areasWorks are expected to commence April 2025 and be completed by 31 December 2025.A preliminary works schedule must be submitted as part of the tender submission.
