Nillumbik Shire Council (The Council) is seeking responses to this Request for Tender (RFT) 2425-024 for the provision of Diamond Creek Outdoor Pool Redevelopment - Construction - located at located at 1 Elizabeth Street, Diamond Creek VIC 3089.The Diamond Creek Pool is an aged facility with some elements not being fit for purpose, the project includes but is not limited to works to the following;- The Main Pavilion- Outdoor Pool and Concourse- Swim Club Building- Toddlers Pool and Surrounds- Pool Plant Building and SurroundsThe upgrade works have been architecturally designed with construction plans, specifications and other associated documentation included in this tender. Please reference item 14 in the Tender Specifications document for all attachments. The Council is seeking to appoint a single provider to deliver the works.This project is a Commonwealth funded project with specific funding milestones and dates.It is intended that the new contract arrangement will commence on or around 1 April 2025 with an intended completion date of completion date of 31 October 2025.Council acknowledges that this milestone deliverable date may not be achievable based on current market capacity.Tenderers are required to clearly outline in their submission, what is a realistic completion date and the completion date must be clearly achievable in the tenderers works program.Mandatory Site Visit requirementsAny prospective tenderer must attend a mandatory site visit as per the stated date...
