Description:
The Council is seeking responses to this Request for Tender (RFT) 2425-010 for the provision of the construction of expanded car park facilities at the existing car park at Eltham North Reserve, located at 32 Cedar Avenue, Eltham North 3095.The car park extension is planned to add around 70 new car parking spaces.The Council is seeking to appoint a single provider to deliver the Works.It is intended that the new contract arrangement will commence on or around 29 April 2025 with an intended completion date of 26 September 2025.
