- Mildura Rural City Council is seeking Tender responses from suitably qualified individuals and organisations for the supply and installation of sixteen (16) new banner display poles at various locations in Merbein, Red Cliffs and Ouyen and the supply and installation of the sixteen (16) associated banner display systems. Tender is also for the supply and installation of a further twenty-one (21) banner display systems on Powercor pole infrastructure in Mildura (16 of 21) and Irymple (5 of 21).ENQUIRIES: Any tender enquiries should be directed to the online forum in VendorPanel.INSPECTION: A site inspection with Council is available on request via the forum. Inspections are recommended however not mandatory.SUBMISSIONS: Completed responses can ONLY be submitted electronically by uploading into the VendorPanel System. Respondents will receive a confirmation email response upon completion. Should assistance be required please use the help function or the online chat available from the home page of VendorPanel.Submissions must be fully received by the closing time as late submissions will not be accepted. Council is not bound to accept the lowest priced Tender or all or any part of a Tender and reserves the right to conduct the Request for Tender process and select the successful respondent(s) as it sees fit.
