- Mildura Rural City Council is seeking responses from suitably qualified Contractors to undertake scope of works in preparation for the Fibre Optic Symphonic Orchestra exhibition, located in Wentworth and scheduled for operation in 2025.The "Fibre Optic Symphony Orchestra (FOSO)" installation in Wentworth, New South Wales is a centrepiece of the broader LightState project, which also includes the "Trail of Lights" in Mildura, Victoria.
