Description:
The City of Boroondara (Council) requires a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to carry out the following works in accordance with this Request for Tender (RFT) and its attachments.The Works involve the improvements to the playing surface and sporting infrastructure of Greythorn Park. Located at 11A Alpha St, Balwyn North.The Works include:• bulk earthworks• installation of new irrigation and drainage• renewal of the synthetic cricket wicket and players benches• reconditioning of the existing cricket net facility and oval fencing• installation of cricket wicket storage cover cage• installation of new sand profile and turf surface.This Contract is expected to commence in September 2025 with Works to be completed by the end of March 2026.
