- Mount Barker District Council invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from suitably qualified contractors for the decommissioning of the Mt Barker Mountain Pool as per the scope of works provided in Section C of the attached documents.This is Stage 1 of an EOI process to shortlist no more than five contractors to proceed to Stage 2 to provide pricing and more detail. Stage 2 will not be awarded until early July 2025 with works proposed to commence shortly thereafter and be completed by November 2025.An optional site briefing will be held at 10.00am on 1 April 2025 at the site on the corner of Druids Avenue and Cameron Road in Mount Barker.A draft Minor Works Agreement that will be used for the preferred tenderer at end of Stage 2 of this EOI is provided for registrants to review in advance. We ask that you acknowledge initial acceptance of this agreement or advise of any amendments that would be requested, in Schedule 12 of the response schedules. Any enquiries must be made via this vendorpanel invitation, and a response will be provided.
