Livingstone Shire Council is seeking proposals from experienced operators interested in entering into a commercial leasehold arrangement to operate and maintain the soon to be constructed Great Keppel Island Arrivals Plaza.Objective:Livingstone Shire Council is inviting Expressions of Interest to lease (Leasehold Proposal) the Great Keppel Island Arrival Plaza Tender No.2025.004 as detailed in the specification.The purpose of this RFP process is to assess the ability of Tenderers to complete the Services, including in accordance with all relevant Australian Standards.Council-s requirements in relation to the Lease are set out in PART 2 of this RFP (Tender Specification).Applicants will be assessed against the evaluation criteria including the requirements for the successful applicant to ensure their proposal will deliver on the Arrival Plaza intent.
