Description:
Council is seeking tender submissions from experienced, qualified and capable Contractors to undertake works required for the Rosanna Library Fit-Out Construction situated at 72 Turnham Avenue, Rosanna 3084. Melway Ref. Map 20 A12.The extent of the contract is to complete the works and construction requirements in accordance with the architectural specification and drawings. Contractors must be able to demonstrate experience and successful completion of similar sized projects.The on-site works cannot commence until the warm shell construction is completed, which is estimated to be August 2025. (The warm shell construction commenced in July 2024 and is currently on program).Although the required program for on-site construction is twelve (12) weeks, the pre-construction period from award in April to August is designed to enable the successful Contractor time to complete all shop drawings and sufficient lead time to order items to ensure the twelve (12) week construction period can be achieved.
